Well, on the ark stuff, yeah, I don't believe anyone would have been able to build a large boat 50000 years ago. A boat as big as described would have been very difficult 5000 years ago.

On the toe it has nothing to do with belief. It is a fact that those things I was trying to lead TapsOut to are a couple of the primary lines of proof for the toe and closer relationships. There are a ton facts explained by the toe and you science deniers ignore them at all costs even while claiming to accept them in part.
