What could happen if the Wisconsin vote recount is unable to be finished by the time the Electoral College convenes; because the common consensus is that they won't be able to do it time.

First the 10 Electoral Candidates would not be able to attend and/or vote.
This could place Trump at 296 to Hillary's 232; but it takes 270 to win, so this would mean the following:

If no candidate receives a majority of Electoral votes, the House of Representatives elects the President from the 3 Presidential candidates who received the most Electoral votes. Each state delegation has one vote. The Senate would elect the Vice President from the 2 Vice Presidential candidates with the most Electoral votes. Each Senator would cast one vote for Vice President. If the House of Representatives fails to elect a President by Inauguration Day, the Vice-President Elect serves as acting President until the deadlock is resolved in the House.

The House of Representatives currently has the following:
Republicans - 247
Democrats - 188

And

The Senate currently has the following:

Republican - 54 seats
Democrat - 44 seats
Independents - 2 seats

Can one of our enlightened JPP liberals please explain how they FEEL that this is going to help Hillary; because I personally want the liberal voters to realize that this behavior could very well be the death knell of the left, once the intelligent voters see how much the left respect the voting process.

Hard to accept with this tawdry display of poor sportsmanship, but as we all know, the "do what I say, not as I do" set are nothing if not relentless when their egos are pricked. They will skin you in your alligator boots as sure as you're standing there.

The vote was rigged. They stuffed enough ballots and suppressed enough votes in just the right places to get the "victory". That's how they did it. They used the same tactics Hitler used prior to his election in 1933. Nazi's can never legitimately be elected by a free people. Trump is only the president of racists, he will never be the president of Americans.
 
^stuffed ballots?? when I voted (optical scanner) I had to show ID,and I turned in my ballot along with a control cover form.
So any balllot stuffing would be impossible -since the vote counter has to match the control cover with my name as a registered voter.

So voter ID ensures the cover control form matches the number of ballots scanned.

Sees to me you Dems might want better quality control at polling stations if you are concerned with stuffing :)

You live in Maryland, a state that conducts a legitimate vote.
 
Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin are GOP controlled, and thus automatically suspect. The GOP government their biased the vote for their racist Nazi to win.
