Well if it is Domestic, then Jarod would absolutely be hoping pointlessly. We would (currently are actually) at war with ourselves, with our precious freedom under assault from every possible angle.

Obama was going to save us from global warming
Obama was going to bring jobs back to our economy and reduce that awful $500b deficit spending of Bush
Obama was going to follow Bush's plan of getting out of Iraq
Obama was going to get us out of Afghanistan
 
I don't believe we will invade a Nation that was not involved as a result of the attack in Boston.l, like how Bush invaded Iraq as a result of 9-11.

That's really irrelevant though jarod. I agree we won't send ground forces to invade a secondary country. But we will bomb one country that we decide to tie the terrorists to. You keep like kinda obsessing about Iraq. Forget that for a minute. Let's say this is a foreign terrorist and they tie his group to Iran, by way of saying, well this terrorist group is "headquartered" there like Bin Laden was in Afghanistan. And so we are going to bomb the fuck out of Iran (or any country, doesn't have to be Iran, Syria say, whichever).

Would you support that?
 
Darla, My support would depend on what the tie to that nation was. If Iran knew an attack was being planned in their territory and did nothing, I would support a military response.

If this was planned in Iraq but the government did not know about it, or encourage it... I would not support a military attack.

You know, the problem is Jarod, they feed us whatever crap they want us to believe. How would we ever know the state actually was involved? I would never really believe it. At this point after all of these wars and after having come to deeply regret supporting Afghanistan, I would not support a military response under these circumstances. Not to say I would never support one, but it'd have to be really a radical situation. Like a nuclear attack against us, or ships on the horizon. No more of this shit for me. And people are so easily manipulated. And our elected officials are soooo good at manipulating.

The government would have to make the case.... I did it get duped by GWB, I would not get duped by BHO.

Ah, so it's only bad if we invade. We can bomb the piss out of places (Pakistan, Libya, Syria, Yemen, Etc) and that's perfectly fine.

Not necessarly, but I would perfer that to an invasion. If we had simply bombed Iraq 4500 innocent Troops would be alive today, it still would have been wrong.
