Watch the speech. If it is well polished and avoids his usual rambling bullshit it was likely in the can before the event. Especially if it mentions the events in Iran or other current things he'd rather went away..Will Trump's WH speech tonight include a fake ear wound?
This kinda thing would be almost ridiculously easy to set up. There is always some whack-job ready to assassinate a president of either party, so they don;t have to set anyone up, they just monitor the guy until he's in the appropriate spot for a cinematic takedown.
