Why don't you address the issue for once.? The water and electricity shortage would vanish overnight if we would enforce the law and make the 30 million illegal aliens in our SW leave. And we can easily do that.

Follow your own "logic": assuming your number is correct, what states do you consider in the "South West" inundated with illegal immigrants? Then divide your number into those states, then get a census of the population. Essentially, you'll find that number of people are NOT solely responsible for the aforementioned shortages.
