Not exactly the same, but the difference is certainly one for the next meeting of Hairsplitter's Anonymous.

I seriously can't believe you wrote the above w/ a straight face. Like there is a discernible difference between shoving a gun in someone's mouth & blowing their head off, and decapitating them.

Griffin is as good a comedian as Nugent is a musician. They both suck and get ahead by being audacious. Never liked either. I like her politics and hate his. I have nothing against hunting though. Part of life. Not my cup of tea but I just sucked down 9 chicken wings.

Let's see, she showed an actual beheading, and all Ted said was suck on my gun, which when I read it again, seems as if he is making a phallic insult. He never said he was going to blow his brains out, didn't create a physical representation of Obama on his gun with his head blow off, but yeah, other than that, just the same.
