Were the Capitol Attackers Given Drugs To Make Them Attack the Capitol Building?

Babbitt crawled through a window that someone else broke out. Also the autopsy report does not say Babbitt was on amphetamines nor was Kevin Greeson, and Benjamin Philips on amphetamines.

There were all given a special type of stimulant called, "Insurrection Uppers".
