I have posted detail about my opinion and backed up my "bumper sticker", Ive been here debating it.

Comparing median incomes between nations is the folly of clueless fools trying to find anything that might shed a bad light on the USA. The correct comparison would be using per capita income based on GDP.

Median income might make a nice talking point for clueless twits, but it ignores the wealth of a nation.

Per capita GDP USA = $53,101; world ranking #6

Per Capita GDP of Canada = $43,472; world ranking #9

France, that virtuous experiment in European socialism is ranked down at 23 below even a basket case like England.

2014 is going to be the highest revenue year in history for our government at just over 3 trillion dollars. Even with that we are still operating at a deficit. We don't have a revenue problem, we have a spending problem.
