Only someone who never learned what it is to be an American would want an election supervised by the military, never mind a re-election where no widespread irregularities were demonstrated. Yet this proposition has gotten multiple likes here.

What happens when Santa doesn't come, when there never is such a re-election, not even a serious attempt to mount one? Will childish minds grow up? Not likely.

There is no revote. It is a ceremonial acceptance of the electoral college votes that have been certified. The time for rightys trying to steal the election is past. It failed at every step. No not tanks,... dont be silly. Just military personnel with their standard issue M 16's with some APC's and a couple of gunships in every city circling the area. Standard concertina wire perimeter with road blocks and picture ID checkpoints around polling stations. Other than that really nothing out of the ordinary... :cool:
