behind dumping the Fiduciary Rule? How is having brokers and advisers putting their clients interests as their top concern a bad thing? Seems as if it would be an advantage for anyone investing for retirement, so how is dumping this a good thing for that person?

But Attorneys and Physicians do have legal requirements to look after clients and patients best interest. It's not just an ethical one.
