So Major Hasan's actions are a stain on ALL Muslim soldiers? All of them are responsible for his actions? Because if that is the case we could talk about how the 82d Airborne ALL beat and kill their wives because of a rash of domestic violence incidents, including homocides that occurred on that post. I never saw or talked about McVeigh as anything but a lone nutter. I totally reject any attempt to paint the entire Christian religion with his actions (which I didn't see out of anyone here or in the national media, btw).

That's a pathetic attempt, bravo. I suspect deep down you're very embarassed about the narrow-minded hate you have spewed on this thread, but trying to go with some sort of "everyone does it" defense is really sad.

I've never once suggested that the vast majority of christians can't serve honorably in the army, which is what you suggested about muslims.

In fact, I've gone out of my way to say that the vast majority of christians, muslims, and jews are normal, law-abiding people....

So the government should get involved in deciding how many religous institutions are needed in a particular area? The government should limit freedom for religous institutions to do what they want with land they own, based on the belifs of that religous institution?

It does not matter why they want to build on the cite... The first Amendment is what matters.
