Nope, once something becomes an embryo, it is an independent life form in 'embryonic' stage of development. In humans, it will enter the "fetal" stage in about 8 weeks. At no point is it ever non-human or not alive. In fact, the very word "embryo" means "that which grows."

No sir! By EVERY definition, the fetus is human life. No one has offered any other evidence from any other source, and you simply can't. She would have been terminating the life of another human being (you), but you are correct, under our current laws, that is not "murder."
 
Dixie, your iron-clad claim to be on the side of "facts" and "conclusive evidence" has already been shot to hell, by you.

This issue is almost nothing but gray; you're one of the extremists I was referring to previously who try in vain to distill it down to simple, simplistic black & white terms. It is not, and likely will never be.

Nothing I have said has been shot to hell. Nothing you have presented shows a fetus or embryo to not be a human life. It's not subjective, it's not an opinion, and it's not debatable, it is factually sound. It's really very simple, if it is not human, what life form is it? If it's not alive, why does it have to be 'terminated', if it is human life, why are we debating it?

The reason it is a "gray" issue, is because a contingent of Americans like yourself, have decided to ignore biological fact, and refuse to accept what a fetus or embryo really is. You continue to erroneously insist it is something else, you come up with all kinds of distinctions to avoid calling it a human being, because you are in complete denial of the facts.

sorry dude....I can prove, utilizing DNA, that they ARE chickens.....you cannot prove they are merely embryos and NOT chickens.....I am utilizing science, you are utilizing outdated rhetoric.......(why do liberals hate science?).....

you see....that's the point I was making about your argument with Dixie.....you have lost this argument everywhichway, including inside out, but because you apparently won an argument with him once before on another issue, you somehow think you won this one.....

in this particular case you haven't even raised a point that could survive two posts......face it....it is scientific fact that the unborn as just as much a human being as the born....and you are denying their rights in an arbitrary and capricious manner.....

I'm not ignoring anything.....but I do include both those issues as ones in which liberals manipulate science for political purposes.....

embryonic stem cell research is unnecessary, since adult skin cell research has shown itself to be at least equally successful, but liberals still push for embryonic research in order to justify the killing of children.......

and liberals use the scientific fact of "evolution" to justify blocking the teaching of intelligent design as a theory of origin, even though evolution isn't and never has been a theory of origin.....

see, both instances of ignoring science to promote a political position......
