We should pity him.

He's coming to understand that he has no power, no authority, and commands no respect. He's finding out that there ain't shit special about him or any other the other racists around him. Their legion is shrinking. Their racist beliefs have all been debunked, rejected, and mocked.

In his confusion he lashes out like a wounded rat .. only to be rejected and mocked again .. by white people. How sad is that?

Frankly, I've been trying to make the argument about the ignorance of racists and racism most of my life .. but people like tinfoil make that case much better than I can.

Actually Lady T's point is quite valid. If Killmeade is not fired or forced to resign over blatantly racist comments then it is with out a doubt a reflection of the character and values of those who support right wing conservative media. Rick Sanchez's suggesting Palin may have resigned because she was pregnant isn't even in the same league as Killmeades over the top racist comments. You're also standing on a very weak leg. In the mainstream media Don Imus was forced to resign for his racist comments, Jimmy the Greek was fired out right for making them and Howerd Cosell, a lawyer who was a civil rights defender of minorities and African Americans was forced to resign from ABC for slipping up and saying about Art Monk during a MNF game "Look at that little monkey go". No, no one in their right mind, as much as people loved to hate Cosell, would accuse him of being a racist, but he was still forced to resign.

So yes. Lady T is very much correct. If Killmeade is not fired or forced to resign over his ignorant and racist comments then it is very much a negative reflection on the character and values of the patrons of right wing media.
