Retarded. VERY rarely a child will survive born that early. If he was born a week earlier he'd have certainly died. Not to mention, it's tough for me to believe the story at all. The kid looks too healthy to be three months early. Not to mention -- where's his twin?

are you kidding me?....you are accusing me of lying?....well I'm sorry....I don't believe you really post here....I think I just imagined your contributions to the thread....therefore, there really isn't any reason to respond to you is there......lol......

I'm sorry I proved you wrong....some people might call that PWND, might even start a thread to crow about it, but then I have never stooped to such crudity.....

Whether you want to argue about defining "late term" as 21 vs 22 weeks is stupid. The kid's going to be lucky to survive. His twin clearly didn't. If he was born a week earlier, he wouldn't have either.

actually, there are several folks that post here and at another board I post at.....I have been tracking the story of Wes and Max there since shortly after they were born.....if you choose not to believe me, ask one of them.....yurt, RSR, that maineman guy whatever name he uses here....

IMO they read with a preconceived idea, wanting to find a directive that supports what they want to do. This then passes on through ages as they teach their children the same interpretation. Much like there is no part of the Bible that says the Earth is the center of the Solar System, yet people were killed for suggesting that the Earth was not the center of the Solar System...

The question is, if somebody is taught God says so, and although they are attracted to somebody of the other race do not go out with them because of this interpretation being taught to them, are they "racist" or "uber-religious" denying themselves what they really want to have in order to follow what they believed to be a directive from the Almighty?

Yes, they are racist. The fact that someone won't mix with people of other skin colors is racist, by definition.

I don't care what their excuse or reason is. I don't care if they hid behind the bible to justify it.

Racism doesn't have to be a concious act of hate, or it can be an act that results in discrimination and racism. Racism can either be a result of individual action either intentional or subconcous, or it can be an institutionalized facet of society that discriminates

There is no way you can convince me that southern white baptists simply didn't mix with "coloreds" out of a benign and honorable act of following the lords will. Those people hated blacks, and they looked for something - anything - to justify that hatred. Including biblical passages.

I don't want to define late term at 21 v 22....I want to outlaw abortion at week one......

Fortunately, that'll never happen. Your only viable option is to make reasonable concessions about late term abortions. Roe is established law and will be for the rest of your life. You may or may not win fighting battles around the margins, but you're wasting your time doing anything else.

perhaps....but some day humanity will come to it's senses.....then people will look back at folks like you and put you in the same category as slave owners before the Civil War and death camp guards during WW2........

I'm sure you religious nut jobs who rail against evolution (you did this in another thread) have a special place for you in history. My guess is that it wont be a respected one.
