It doesn't have to be repealed, when, and it will be, the Holder case is overturned, we will return to preHolder days, taking away any legal basis to say the Secomd Amendment applies

But even with it, you can still restrict guns, no "right" is absolute, even the nut case Scalia confirmed that fact

again, 'no right is absolute' is for those who are terrified of the freedom of others. it's what Franklin referred to when he talked about people wanting security over liberty and getting neither.
