Not surprised that yet another liberal is confused. It is so common place with your lot. As I have stated 1000 times, I am most certainly fiscally conservative. I am moderate on most social policies. The exception you are aware of so I won't get into it here.

That said, I am not a Republican. If forced to chose, I would be Libertarian. But to a liberal they are all the same. Once something bad is said about Dems, you automatically start running around proclaiming others to be Republicans etc...

Sorry to have forced so many of your confused liberal brethren to actually accept the reality of the events that transpired leading the financial market to implode. They don't like the fact their precious masters played just as large a role in the collapse as the Republicans. To you all, pointing out that BOTH parties were responsible and that BOTH parties did nothing to stop it... that equates to 'partisan Republican'???? Seriously retarded. Thanks for yet another straw man. The above is where you are becoming quite pathetic. I did not absolve Bush you fucking idiot. I tried to point out to you that it was not just Bush in office. That while his inaction is certainly a part of the problem, it wasn't his policies or his spending that led to the financial markets imploding. Which is why your brain dead compatriots and yourself continue creating one straw man after another when I ask you WHICH of Bush's policies 'led us to the collapse of the financial sector' or even 'contributed to the financial sector collapsing'.

Now take a look at this thread. It was started in jest to all of the 'its all Bush's fault'. Then it went into actual POLICIES of Obama's, ACTIONS by the Obama admin, that have prolonged the downturn.

As I have stated, SF - it is literally impossible to say that a chief executive was fiscally irresponsible for 8 years, overspent, and was in general a very poor steward of the economy, and then state in the same breath that he has little or nothing to do with the banking crisis or the financial collapse.

It isn't impossible to say anything. However, SF has never said that Bush had "nothing to do with" the debt crisis that caused the housing bubble and the recession.
