Trump never promised a better health care plan. He promised to try to eliminate Obamacare. Democrats in the House would have none of it. Obamacare failed from it's own weight eventually anyway.
Trump did build a lot of wall, despite the best efforts by the Democrats to stop it.
Trump never promised to balance the budget.
Trump does not own a coal mine. He can't hire coal miners. He DID, however, get the government out of the way of conducting business at coal mines though!

* launched an impeachment without even be able to name a crime or produce any evidence (which the Senate immediately threw out).
