even in the face of QEinfinity, mortgage rates are starting to eek upward. Not sure if this is a lasting trend or not, but we will wait and see.

Now it is true that they are still at historically low numbers, but it doesn't take much of a rise to change behavior. We will have to see.

It is apparent that something is wrong when you have historically low interest rates and few buyers in a depressed mortgage market.

But Wallstreet is high once again on the drug of QEinfinity and we should all pretend there will not be another massive correction.
