Dem. Congresswoman Has ‘Meltdown’ in Florida Diner After Seeing Opponent’s Campaign Poster

On June 17 Rep. Lois Frankel (D-FL) was caught on video shouting at a local diner owner and threatening retaliation for his daring to hang a campaign poster for her potential opponent, Republican Primary candidate Deborah Adeimy.

She threatened retaliation for daring to have a different political view.
 
Emotionally disturbed behavior while making treats should be grounds for immediate disqualification from any public office.
 
This is how the Left operates. Rules for thee but not for me... Disagree with them you get the lash, or the gulag, or whatever. They won't debate you. They won't listen to reasoned arguments. They'll insult you then if they have the power ban or otherwise eliminate you from the discussion.

Gosh, is that ever true. By contrast, conservatives are always so cordial and open-minded about reasoned opposing opinions, and you never hear anyone on the right use insults.

She can really be tough, and can be mean. I've known her for a long time and am not very surprised by this.

She should not behave like that.

Your snark and sarcasm are noted. Yes, both do, but there is a difference: As you move Right--not always by any means--people are not so predisposed to always resort to insults and vitriol right out of the gate like the Left is.

The usual reason for this difference is the Left's arguments rarely stand up to even the most general and superficial scrutiny. That is, the second someone starts to question what the Left says or wants, is the second it crumbles before logic. On the Right, you see this with the subject of religion mostly. On the Left, it's with virtually everything.

Here's a simple example.

Leftist: Jan 6 was an insurrection.

Non-Leftist: It was a three-hour riot.

Leftist: You're a @%@^#&*$#&%~~~@!!$%^@%^@&&# !

The bolded is actually ridiculous.

It's just partisanship. There really isn't a difference between the sides in that respect, but you paint a more rosy scenario for the right because you're on the right.

THIS is what the morons of the right call a "melt down."

The woman regularly eats there...and was told about the sign...and complained, which is exactly what any politician who frequents a place would do. I think she was reasonably courteous about it.

But...you assholes have to complain, so complain.
