dec 13 2022 President Joe Biden's administration will allow Washington state to provide health insurance to illegal immigrants within its borders by rolling back requirements for the Affordable Care Act (ACA).

The Department of the Treasury and the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) approved the state's request via a State Innovation Waiver, which was requested by Washington's government in May.

"Washington has requested a waiver in order to expand access to qualified health plans, stand-alone qualified dental plans, and a state affordability program to Washington residents regardless of immigration status," HHS and Treasury said in a joint statement.

The statement continued, "The waiver will help Washington work towards its goals of improving health equity and reducing racial disparities by expanding access to coverage for the uninsured population through the state Exchange, all the while not increasing costs for those currently enrolled."

Those immigrants are not "illegal" so your entire premise is dead in the water. Just because there are immigrants in this country that are not citizens does not mean they are here illegally.

He instituted a coup in attempt to take over the presidency after he clearly lost his election. I'd say the treasonous bastard should have been hung in Levenworth inside of 6 weeks after that coup to deter others from thinking what he did was ok.

States are not allowed to determine immigration status. If TDAK wasn't a fucking moron he would know that. But of course he is.

Why is Gov Inslee allowed to break the law? The request for Joe Biden to break the law (which he did) was made by the governor or Washington (Inslee), under the ACA (an unconstitutional law).
Why is Obama or Congress allowed to ignore the Constitution of the United States?
