Was Jesus white?

Perhaps Mrs. Kelley believes that Jesus posed for all the paintings that depict him as a beautiful white man. For instance, maybe she was under the impression that Leonardo Da Vinci was at the actual last supper.
 
I remember watching a news story some time in the 80s where a woman actually was all hacked off about the NIV version of the Bible (a more direct translation than the King James) because she wanted to "Read Jesus's words as he said them!"....

She actually believed that Jesus spoke in Old English because she had been taught from the King James Bible. I was laughing so hard I wasn't even making sound... I almost passed out from lack of oxygen.
 
Jesus was a jew trying to reform the Jewish religion.



I guess he failed.

Instead his followers started a new religion

This ethnocentric attitude is common among the middle class.
