Was it ok to kill him?

Irrelevamce fallacy.

No. They were not sure he was disarmed.
Actually, they were, which is why they only yelled "gun" AFTER the ICE agent disarmed him.

Of course, adequately trained agents wouldn't yell after someone was disarmed because they wouldn't want cause anyone to, you know, put 10 bullets in an unarmed person.

You called this a murder.

Did he have his ID and carry permit with him?
So, if you have a permit to carry, and you don't have your ID with you AND the guns off your person, you deserve to be shot in the back 10 times?

You're getting more stupid every day, bitch.

They found A gun. They had no idea if there was a 2nd one at the time.
It is ALWAYS a bad idea to reach for something in your waistband when scuffling with police.
It is ALWAYS a bad idea to scuffle with police.
It is ALWAYS a bad idea to interfere with police doing their job.
It is ALWAYS a bad idea to show up at a protest while illegally armed.

Again, they shot BECAUSE one of the agents yelled "gun" even though the suspect was literally disarmed, not because they thought he had a second gun.

It was complete incompetence.
