No. He didn't have the gun on him when he was executed. It was an assassination.

If he didn't have the gun on him , he'd be alive today.... If he hadn't gotten involved , he would be alive today.... Terrible tragedy.... Shouldn't have happened.... But it certainly wasn't an execution or murder.... These are hard lessons but I hope people are learning what kind of decisions they need to make.If they're going to participate in these protests....
 
Murder is premeditated or intentional.... Certainly, not the case if there's a gun involved.... Which there was... If there's no gun... There's no shooting.... There's an investigation .. Officers involved are on leave... That's standard.... The protests that have been happening in Minnesota are far from standard , though... All of that will be taken into account... bottom Line... if you're going to go to a protest and interact with law enforcement, leave the gun at home....If you can't stay home yourself... You're much more likely to be around to brag about what you did....

They are not poorly trained. They are doing as they were trained. They are the worst of the worst in policing. They are allowed to ignore Americans' rights and be as brutal as they can. They wear masks so you cannot finger the ones who abused you. Regular police would face penalties for doing what ICE does as a norm. As usual, the law does not pertain to Trump's army. Miller planned this so they could get away with brutalizing. This was planned for a while.
