Why do you always try to make the comparison between guns and cars? I don't get it because we passed safety regulations 40 years ago to make cars safer and we cut the number of deaths on the roads in half.

You need to register your vehicle, take a driving test, get a license, insure yourself behind the wheel, and take your car to be inspected every year. How does that compare to guns?

And funny enough, after the OKC bombing in 1995, the FBI immediately started investigating large fertilizer purchases.

A ballot has never killed anyone, and no one has ever killed themselves with a ballot.

IMO, yes, it is a big deal since it both sets a precedent and it erodes the First Amendment. I don't care if it's stupid and racist since the Right of Free Speech is more important than nutjobs whining all white babies are born racists.
