The Steele dossier makes a wide range of claims, many of which are rumors that couldn’t be independently verified.

Many other claims involve things that would have been publicly known at the time the report was apparently drafted.

Although it’s impossible to say that the dossier is entirely inaccurate (there are some glimmers of accurate predictions), it is also impossible to say that it has been broadly validated.

I remember very distinctly talking about this and someone saying "what, you think the FBI is just lying?"

The Clintons paid for russia propaganda, aided by the FBI, and this in part likely led to the FISA warrants to help spy on trump. This whole thing goes is corrupt through and through.

Apparently the FBI hadn't turned the Steele dossier over to Congress until today either.
The Deep State plays it's hand close to it's chest even for Congress. Like holding it up for months.

The House Intelligence Committee has been seeking the documents for months, hoping to learn more about the bureau’s relationship to the dossier’s author, a former British spy named Christopher Steele, and whether the document was used by federal investigators to bolster their probe into ties between Russia and the Trump campaign.

Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes (R-Calif.) in August had issued two subpoenas to compel the FBI and Justice Department to turn over the documents. He set a Friday deadline for them to comply.

“The FBI got in touch with us yesterday afternoon, and they have informed us that they will comply with our document requests, and that they will provide the documents Congress has been asking for by next week,” Ryan said at his weekly news conference.

“And we expect the FBI to honor that commitment.”
