you're the first idiot I've heard allege that......
ridiculous..the media wasn't there i wasn't there, and "bragging" is simply pulled out of your ass.
None is making excuses. Protocol was violated. But Israel herself says it's not gong to effect I-sharing.
You are completely overlooking the damage done by publishing this.
Those "reliable sources" put sources and methods in anger. That wasn't done by Trump, it was done by WaPo..
Most damaging of all s the constant leaking, which you've failed to address at all.
These are exactly what Brennan was saying
They were talking yesterday about how people like Hannity live in a different universe from everyone else.
And the above is how they talk. None of Trump's problems are on Trump. They're the media, or the Dems, or the libs, or the Never Trumpers, or the deeeeeep staaaate. Poor Trump is doing everything right and just can't catch a break.
Trump is 100% responsible for everything that's happened in his admin.
100%? All you're doing is playing the anti-Hannity.
You're every bit as biased as he is---you're just the polar opposite.
That's projection. I'm nothing like Hannity. You & the rest of the Trump contingent on here make excuses for the Prez just like Hannity does, though.
Like this thread: the fact that Trump might have been bragging when he blabbed classified intel is WaPo's fault - not Trump's.
Oh, you're quite a bit like Hannity. You just need your own show lol.
And for every Hannity in the media there are 8-10 anti-Hannity's.
Sorry to contradict you again, but Hannity carries water for the GOP, and nothing else. I have criticized both parties for years, and didn't even vote Dem the last 2 elections.
But you? You're on here every day, defending the indefensible. It's like you're a coin-operated Trump-excuse machine. You will never hold him accountable for anything. You have even said that you think he's doing a great job right now. It is completely detached from reality.
Just this morning I criticized Trump for the way he fired Comey.
Nice try though.
"My only problem with Comey's sacking was the way it was handled. Trump should have called him in the office and done it."
LOL
Ouch, Darth. What a scathing criticism. You really can't be serious w/ that...can you?
You want me to go full derangement like you do lol?
You actually believe some of the crap you read. Likes he got Alzheimer's or whatever.
You have zero credibility when it comes to Trump. And again, the media is full of commentators just like yourself.
my god// THere is much to criticize Trump for. They were talking yesterday about how people like Hannity live in a different universe from everyone else.
And the above is how they talk. None of Trump's problems are on Trump. They're the media, or the Dems, or the libs, or the Never Trumpers, or the deeeeeep staaaate. Poor Trump is doing everything right and just can't catch a break.

resident Trump complains repeatedly about leaks in Washington. He’s got a bit of distinguished company.
“What I have found appalling is the number of leaks that have taken place over the last several months,” former CIA Director John Brennan said at the SALT conference in Las Vegas, the annual gathering of hedge-fund managers and other financiers. “This needs to be stopped.” Brennan was CIA director during President Obama’s second term, stepping down in January, when Mike Pompeo replaced him.
Brennan said Trump made a “serious mistake” when he reportedly shared sensitive intelligence with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and Ambassador Sergey Kislyak, in an Oval Office meeting in early May. But this mistake wasn’t sharing intelligence; it was violating the protocol for doing so. “I shared intelligence with the Russians when I was the director of the CIA,” Brennan said. “But you share that through intelligence channels, and you make sure you word it in such as way as to not reveal sources and methods. President Trump didn’t do that.”
Brennan said the press coverage of Trump’s impromptu intelligence reveal was “hyperbolic” and more damaging than anything Trump revealed. “The damage that was done is what was leaked in the aftermath, what was put in the media. The real damage to national security is the leaks.” He suggested, without saying so explicitly, that news accounts revealed more sensitive information than Trump did.

Trump revealed the FACT of the terrorism threat. He didn't go into how it was sourced ( though the coverage mostly is very unclear on this..agreed)..For starters, he claims that Trump revealed the information in "such as way as to not reveal sources and methods." Based on what I read, that doesn't seem credible, and was really the main reason for the controversy. Reports were that the information given allegedly COULD lead logically to the source, without actually naming the source. That was the reason many in the IC were mortified.
And he's far too excusing of how this information was shared. I'm sure when he did it, not only was it according to protocol, but it was well thought-out and there was a strategic reason for it. Trump is just a reckless person; I genuinely don't feel that he can be trusted with the kind of intel he gets. If you do trust him w/ that, we really haven't been observing the same person.
Last, he said the news accounts revealed more sensitive info than Trump did. WaPo was very careful to not talk about the actual information; they reported on the reveal of it, and little more than that.
So...what is he talking about w/ that?

Brennan ( unlike Clapper) really is non-partisan and a straight shooter. The criticism of him was the Obama "kill list" where he advocated signature strikes to accomplish that.
But he's much more correct here, that WaPo's publishing what is a LEAK exposes the Source's location
If there was no leak, there would not have been this damage -what was Russia going to do even if it knew the source location? why would it do anything?
Again you focus on the protocol, while missing the true damage inflicted by publishing leaks
