The same conclusion and push the EU, and UN were saying were required for aid to start to flow to Ukraine.
So Biden, was IN FACT making it more likely any corruption at Burisma would be discovered and exposed.
Had Obama instead sent Hillary to deliver the US message, it would have been exactly the same as it WAS NOT Bidens position. It was the US position, lead by the House GOp lead committee.
