Walz says he kept a shotgun in his car to hunt pheasants after football practices

Maybe, if he has trouble loading it, he just left it loaded in his car ready to shoot through a door (like Biden suggested?).
You make a good point...because he's definitely "loading challenged"...

Any adult in Minnesota is legally qualified to own a shotgun and keep it unloaded and locked in their trunk, unless they have criminal convictions or other restriction against posessing firearms.

More importantly, this law didn't even exist when Walz was teaching, so FOX failed at rudimentary fact checking again.
sorry......read the statute that went into law in 2023.......likely signed by Tampon Tim..........

apparently you're the one who can't read........Cypress linked it.....
https://www.revisor.mn.gov/statutes/cite/609.66
I wonder if you are really a lawyer. The entire law in 2023 was not passed in 2023. 609.66 was first passed in 1963 and then it has been modified by deleting or adding new language 23 times since then.

The key at the beginning will show you what was modified in 2023. There was no modification to guns in school zones in 2023.
Key: (1) language to be deleted (2) new language

Here is a link to the specific section that deals with dangerous weapons in school zones. If you can read, you will see that no change was made to the section about dangerous weapons in school zones in 2023.

Laws have changed since. Non issue.
I went back and looked closer at the law. Anyone can bring a shotgun onto school grounds even today as long as it complies with Section 97B.045.

The shotgun needs to be

(1) unloaded and in a gun case expressly made to contain a firearm, and the case fully encloses the firearm by being zipped, snapped, buckled, tied, or otherwise fastened, and without any portion of the firearm exposed;
or

(2) unloaded and in the closed trunk of a motor vehicle;

ROFLMAO. You are the one that claims a governor can sign laws that have been on the books for 20 years. Perhaps it is your wife that is fucking the idiot.

(4) persons who keep or store in a motor vehicle pistols in accordance with section 624.714 or 624.715 or other firearms in accordance with section 97B.045;

Yeah? And? The first two sections of 97B.04 apply to firearms before the third section is limited to pistols in compliance with conceal/carry.

Either you were never a lawyer or you have dementia because you can't read a simple law that uses the word "or" between subsections.

sort of sad that the mother fucking cunts have to resort to family attacks.....the point is not who signed the law.......the point is white-Walzed still broke it........

you are the dense bitch that brought up sections 624.714 and 624.715........

No. He didn't break it because even today the law in MN allows anyone to have a shotgun on school property as long as the shotgun is unloaded and in a case or in a locked trunk. Your continued failure to understand laws is amazing since you claim to be a lawyer.

I didn't realize I was attacking your wife by claiming she had sex with you. Now I know she will have nothing to do with you sexually so will no longer say she is fucking an idiot but I think I can say she may be a smart woman since she is no longer fucking the idiot.
