If those stingy working white people would raise welfare for blacks from $30,000 a year to $60,000 the negroz wouldn't be forced to steal.

apr 11 2023 Walmart announced the closure of four stores in Chicago, Illinois, on Tuesday due to poor performance at the locations, a move that also occurs as the city sees worsening crime rates.

The four Walmart stores that remain open “continue to face the same difficulties,” but executives believe shuttering some of the locations creates the best opportunity to keep the others open.

Associates at the affected locations will be permitted to transfer elsewhere. Walmart added that they will continue seeking solutions to “racial inequity and food deserts” in Chicago..

Walmart CEO Doug McMillon said in an interview with CNBC last year that the company has been impacted by an uptick in shoplifting and warned that “stores will close” if the phenomenon is not resolved by city officials.

“Theft is an issue. It’s higher than what it has historically been,” he commented. “We’ve got safety measures, security measures that we’ve put in place by store location. I think local law enforcement being staffed and being a good partner is part of that equation, and that’s normally how we approach it.”

As part of its commitment to the city of Chicago after a turbulent year of unrest that led to the closing of area Supercenters, Walmart on Friday reopened two remodeled sites that include adjacent new Walmart Health centers.

“Since a wave of civil unrest shook the nation in June, we’ve been listening intently to the citizens of Chicago,” said Keith Wyche, vice president, community engagement & support at Bentonville, Ark.-based Walmart, in a blog post Friday. “And we’re making changes we’re proud of, to reflect the nature of a community we want to do more than just exist in. These spaces stand as a renewed commitment to a city that has been through a lot this year — and has proven time and again that it can emerge from any challenge with renewed ambitions. It’s an attitude we’re trying to emulate.”

Mayor Richard M. Daley is still angry with the fierce opposition in the City Council that kept Wal-Mart from expanding in the city for six years.

Plans for two new Wal-Mart stores in the city were announced on Wednesday. At a news conference, Mayor Daley recalled how after the first city Wal-Mart opened at North and Kilpatrick avenues in 2006, but expansion was delayed after that, and now, the next Supercenter won't open until 2012.

"I always ask myself why it took six years to get here," Daley said. "Now who opposed you – who still opposes you – and you'd better figure that out."

Expansion plans for Wal-Mart were put on hold when the City Council passed an ordinance that required big-box retailers to pay a minimum of $10 per hour and $3 hourly in benefits.

Mayor Daley vetoed the ordinance not long after it was passed in the summer of 2006.

If walmart really wants to stop theft they should probably get rid of the self-checkout lanes. I use them and i never steal but i bet most customers do. Certainly all the blacks and illegals do and some whites even.

There are a lot of things going on, one of which is that Chicago is a deeply in debt failing rust belt city.

Then too there is the story I have heard about reverse migration, that the blacks in the big failing northern cities where the D's take care of their victims....and keep blacks down because they cant do without their victims....those blacks who dont like that scene are going back to the South where their parents and grandparents came from.

I am still investigating that claim.
 
The quality of the blacks currently in the failing big northern D cities is not the best is the story...the better get/got out.

Like I said this is what I have been told, I am not stating that this is fact.

Democrats are the welfare party and so they want blacks to stay on the welfare plantation.? That's true but then again, blacks don't really have a choice. They don't have the intelligence to get good jobs and stand on their own. They need the govt giving them welfare and phony affirmative action jobs.

Do you believe that blacks suffer from Stockholm syndrome , which is why they keep signing up for the D's program of making sure that they are victims?
