She chose to take the stand and perform...She wasn't scheduled...she ran into the courtroom after her boyfriend did so poorly trying to deny their relationship... Now, that was the S word...
All this after she promised not to date the people she hired...don't forget that...;)

It's yet to be explained how that could affect the case against Trump. I can see an argument that the prosecution is open a claim she picked a prosecutor for a reason not based on his qualifications but that could only help a defendant. So how is Trump
prejudiced?

There's nothing I can do to force myself to care about these details, TOP.

Bottom line: I want Trump in custody or dead, end of story.

I've come to realize that we don't live in anything resembling a "right or wrong" world.
We never have.
What's right is getting the result you need for your own comfort, convenience...even survival.

That's how Trump himself approaches it.
That's how we must approach it in order to deal with him.

Keeping him around diminishes my life, even if it's only in terms of my mood,
so I don't want him around
and I don't care what it takes to accomplish that.

I may not see things your way, TOP, but I won't lie to you.
Why would I?
There are no bad consequences for being honest anyway.

THE STATE LIED. They cannot be trusted when it comes to this case. Or any other case for that matter. Why you cannot understand such simple concepts is beyond rational thought. THE STATE MUST have credibility above all else. Once lost they are useless. What little they did have is now gone. if you dont like it I suggest you take a big bite out of a shit sandwich,....nothing you can do about it now accept TAKE THE BITE and learn to love it. ;)

Its kind of like if the state is thinking about putting a known liar on the witness stand that has a bad history. Many/most times the state chooses not to do it because they know that their own witness would have no credibility. In this case the prosecutors were soooooooooo unbelievably stupid that they blew their own credibility. The State simply cannot have that. GAME OVER.....

Yes, child, that's what I've been saying. How does a romantic relationship pre-indictment hurt Trump? Even the lie about when the romance began may not be perjury, which is lying about a matter material to the case.
So how is the start date of the romance material to the allegations against Trump? Got an answer?

As for your evidence question, evidence is judged on its own merits.
