Wa Post Poll Shows If The Election Were Held Today, Trump Would Still Beat Clinton :)

Why would anyone be surprised to learn that the party that lost the election might rethink their choice more than the party that won. Captain Obvious poll. Trump himself said he could shoot someone and his voters would still love him, so performance anxiety over his lackluster accomplishment dossier doesn't enter into the discussion for a repubicant. They are with him, period exclamation point.

math is easy.....subtract the 4.2 million extra votes Hilliary got in California from the extra 3.1 million votes Hilliary got nationally.......enter the result on line 26 of your 1040A form. If less than zero, enter "Loser" on line 26.......

That's like the ol' "Take away Brady and Belichick, and no way the Patriots win as much!"

/shrugs.....1) you had the coasts and the 2 biggest states and Trump still won easily..........2) you want to say that even with Brady and Belichick, the Patriots really lost because the other team had more fans......

it's almost a daily occurrence on JPP these days where people talk about how trump keeps letting his own voters and base down and how they've been betrayed and are having buyers remorse. It's a jpp myth that has now been disproven.

two of the three points were about clinton in my op, not trump.

I just love spitting the truth. Many people were surprised by this latest poll. It's being talked about all over the internet.

I will admit to being surprised by that poll.

To me, it just shows that Trump's supporters are pretty hardcore, and dug in. And actually, when I look at it in that light, it's not that surprising. Trump is a huge cult of personality guy. Some people on the right weren't all that gung ho about him in the beginning, but once they got in, they were ALL in. We see that phenomenon quite a bit in politics, but I don't think we've seen it quite on this level, because of the nature of Trump's personality. People had to go through all kinds of mental hoops to accept him and be enthusiastic about him - making the decision to go back through that maze will take more than a few months of incompetence and nearly-incomprehensible dishonesty.
