So why are the <MAGATs verklempt about this court case? Or is that just their standard mode these days? They seem very, very worried about Nov. 5th.

They do seem worried and I'm surprised, because a lot of them are saying it'll be trump in a landslide.

The US Constitution is clear. State legislatures set the rules, not the courts.

What part of the Constitution does it say that due process is allowed to be suspended by the state legislatures?
