People often blame SCOTUS and the United Citizens decision, but the real problem is, as always, Congress.

Consider the Dred Scott decision. Cited as the Court's "great self inflicted wound" by Chief Justice Charles Evans Hughes. How was it changed? By an act of Congress.

In Massachusetts 32% of voters are Republican and because of Gerrymandering there are ZERO republican representatives from Massachusetts in Congress. So spare me your indignation.

Republicans got screwed in the 2020 census so redrawing the Congressional district map is TOTALLY appropriate.

The 2020 census undercounted 6 state (5 Republican and 1 Democrat) it over counted 8 states (6 Democrat and 2 that lean Republican)

  • Florida (-3.48%)
  • Illinois (-1.97%)
  • Mississippi (-4.11%)
  • Tennessee (-4.78%)
  • Texas (-1.92%)

When they do the math, someone's going to have to tell trump that it's a losing venture. Which he is used to in his life. What remains to be seen is if Red states can out redistrict Blue states.

trump meddled in the Census that year, and ended counting early. Your stats are not accurate. NY was undercounted and lost one seat.

There are zero Democratic representatives from Oklahoma, even though a sizable minority vote for Democrats.

My stats come from the US Census Bureau
New York (+3.44) was over counted not under counted, you moron. New York should have lost another seat.
