Mueller probably had his hands tied by the DoJ and what they would allow him to do in regards to Trump’s testimony.

Trump claimed in public on several occasions that he would testify, but his didn’t. His bravado, in the moment idiocy, makes him state a lot of stupid things.

He could have overruled lawyers, but didn’t. Trump doesn’t listen to advice when he thinks he is smarter then everyone else.

If you tell the truth, you don’t have to worry about a perjury trap.
 
That is Vindman's job. And the "transcript" wasn't a transcript, but a summary that included many ellipses (...). What was in those ellipses, and why wasn't the summary verified before it was released by the White House? Because they're lying and trying to cover it up.

If the call was so innocent, why did they move it to a secure server immediately?

Under such circumstances nobody sits for an interview—unless they were forced to by subpoena. Why couldn’t Mullet get one? Incompetent? Didn’t have the goods?

1. Trump and Zalensky are never, ever going to testify. Trump won't because he's a coward, and Zalensky won't because he's the head of state and won't put himself at political risk to defend Trump.

2. Pompeo is implicated in the Rudy Colludy shadow foreign policy, and would be a bad witness because of the questions he'd have to answer around his communication with Rudy Colludy, which will unravel him because he can't keep his lies straight.

Trump is completely, absolutely terrified of having to testify under oath and knows he can't keep his lies straight. He didn't in pretty much every single lawsuit filed against him his entire life. Trump is afraid of courtrooms, and will settle on a bad deal for himself just to avoid that scrutiny, like he did with Trump University.

Vindman believes that if the Ukraine pursued the investigation of Hunter Biden, they would lose bipartisan support. So the coup continues again.


We have undue influence or crimes possibly committed by an American connected to a high government official that may have caused serious national security issues and he didn’t want the US or the Ukraine to investigate it. What are his connections to Biden and the Democrats?

We have the possibility that this Lt Col violated US code 18 USC 798 in sharing a classified call with others.

When Rep Jordan attempted to ask Vindman who he shared the information with, Adam Schiff shut down the question.

Vindman’s testimony causes serious problems for the President, even though it is fraught with the admission of leaking, altering a document, etc. If arrogance was against the US Code, we could probably prosecute Vindman for that.
