Deaf since birth. But I do understand about deep voices. I used to wear hearing aids and I can tell the difference. Some women have deep voices. The same is true for men as well. Especially transgender people.

When woman power lift, they will also start to produce more male hormones, but not necessarily more with just exercise workouts.
