Trump detests these fake news pundits. They are not news. They are spin artists and fiction writers. The so-called 'mainstream' news is not news at all. CNN, MSNBC, the Associated Press, the New York Times, the L.A Times, the Washington Compost, they are all the same. Junk.

Fortunately, with the internet, they can't really get away with this anymore. Too many people are watching and recording the media's own contradicting news and statements. Too many people can see the bias imposed by Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube. Alternative sites that don't do this are already coming on line. Over time, they will replace these losers.

That's the nice thing about monopolies. They get too big to change. Like an old dinosaur. It's only a matter of time before some little startup comes along and shoots their kneecaps off.

IBM was once essentially a monopoly in the computer industry. They're barely noticed now. The minicomputer and then the personal computer completely destroyed their business model. They had to build personal computers too. They tried a monopoly in that. It failed. You can get PC's made by a lot of people now. You don't have to buy an IBM pc anymore. Microsoft and Apple kicked IBM's butt. Now Linux and Unix machines are kicking Microsoft's butt. No government had to intervene. Monopolies destroy themselves. The only way they can survive as a monopoly is with government help.

It happened to IBM. It happened to Kodak (remember when we had to develop our pictures? How quaint! It happened to Blackberry. It happened to RCA. It happened to Intel. I did it to a couple of instrumentation large companies. They couldn't change fast enough to cope with my improved designs. They no longer exist now. They couldn't serve society as well as I could and they were too big to change.

If it can happen to these, it can happen to Facebook, the Associated Press, CNN, MSNBC, and Twitter. It's already happening. Have hope. All is not lost.

I am well aware of Alt media, and am also aware of how far our tech overlords have gone to stop them, and with the help of new laws out of Washington could crush them....new laws that very well may come if the D's run the table this Nov.

Police officers in Kenosha, Wis., shot a Black man multiple times as he tried to get into a vehicle, cellphone video of the incident shows. The man, identified by Wisconsin Gov. Tony Evers (D) as Jacob Blake, is in serious condition, according to the Kenosha Police Department.

The shooting happened after 5 p.m., when officers responded to a domestic incident, police said. Witnesses told the Kenosha News that Blake was trying to break up a fight.

The video shows neighbors congregated outside as two police officers with their guns drawn followed Blake as he approached a gray SUV. As Blake opened the driver’s side door, multiple shots ring out from the police.

For example, if someone makes a slanderous comment about another on a web site, the web site is protected. The lawsuit goes to the user that placed the slander in the first place. Without Section 230, the website could be sued for something the user did. It also protects things like Wikipedia, if someone puts up an article that someone else takes objection to.

This law does not protect websites from publishing certain kinds of pornography by their users, which is why forums have rules about this, and enforce them rather strongly. JPP is no exception.

A website that edits user content, or biases user content, is imposing it's OWN opinion, and is no longer that of its users. At that point, the site has no protections from its users. It effectively IS the user in question. It thus loses the protections of section 230. This is somewhat vaguely written, however, and Trump has issued an executive order to the FCC to clarify this part of the law.

Joe Biden says he wants to remove Section 230 entirely. I don't see how the tech companies are going to stand for that. They would have no protections whatsoever in that case. Not until Blake reached into the vehicle. What was he reaching for? A weapon? The video doesn't show, but the two officers nearest Blake know. There are a lot of unanswered questions here in the video. Why did the officers have their guns out at all, and why was one of them training his gun on Blake long before he reached the car? Why did Blake not respond to officer's commands?

On this lack of information, rioters tear cities up again and burn the entire inventory of a car dealership. They don't give a shit about Blake. He's just the excuse. These rioters are using Blake as a pawn. Their real goal is to overthrow the government of the United States.

It's not about Black lives, Blue lives, White lives, or anybody's lives. It's about their goals, which involve NONE of that. They are funded. They are supported. They are funded and supported by the Democrat Party.

In Portland, right now, the prosecutor as open said their office will not prosecute people arrested for rioting and attacking the police. The police are basically dealing with a catch and release program supported by the idiot mayor. Portland is now a nightly war zone. There is no law in Portland, OR.

In Chicago, 61 people were shot just during the previous weekend.

In many cities, stores and businesses have boarded themselves up to try to protect their business from the rioters and looters. Not always successfully. Other businesses are leaving town for good. It is really tough to conduct a business in a war zone.

It is condemning all police for the actions of a few. It is bigotry. There is no other word for it.
