Some of these imbeciles should just start their day by posting " Republicans BAD...Democrats GOOD" a thousand times in a row. It would really be no different than what they are already doing but would save a lot of time.

Who's in jail without a hearing?
Habeus corpus is to get a court to rule on whether someone can be held in jail. All those currently in jail have had a court hearing. Either they have been convicted and sentenced or a judge has refused bail because they are considered a danger.
