In the case of Tamir Rice, he was a CHILD who was quietly playing by himself in a public park and BREAKING NO LAWS until the police rolled up on him and within seconds of arriving, GUNNED HIM DOWN.
In the case of the Capitol invaders/terrorists, they STORMED a Government building, looting, stealing and destroying Government property, all while threatening to HANG our VP. One terrorist broke through a barricade and tried to get to a Capitol police officer and she was shot.
NOT comparable at all.

did not a "menacing" call come into 911, and the operator relayed that an armed individual was menacing and brandishing a firearm at people in the park or not?

here you see the kid brandishing and menacing people as the cops rolled up, after they were told by 911 dispatch that a man with a gun was menacing people.
the 911 operator is at fault. not the cops who for all they knew was rolling up on an active shooter situation.
that's called being objective. now, explain why these cops were wrong to shoot Tamir rice based on the information they recieved about an armed person menacing with a gun, but the capitol police employee was right shooting an unarmed protestor.

Ah, you have restricted your viewing to only one video which doesn't show her actions. You should really look at the rest of them. She clearly is not standing next to the door when she is shot. This is a still from one of the videos which YouTube has now removed. This was taken about a second before she is shot. Clearly she is not standing next to the door. She is attempting to go through the window. By the time she is shot both arms and her body are through the window frame.
In the video I am referencing, you see her rapidly move to the window and start to climb through it before being shot.
in the video we are both referencing her body moved approximately three inches before she got shot.....how rapidly do you have to move to move three inches?.......
