You make a great deal of sense... until the euthanasia thing pops up and then I lose you.... I guess when I think of insanity I think of the psychiatric hospital where I was employed for a bit... now those people were insane.... six different levels of insane... Insanity that required institutionalization and locked doors.... anyway..We definitely need better Mental Health Care Facilities in this country don't we? On at least six different levels...
In undergraduate school I worked in a Denver psych hospital. I was basically hired muscle. Their were some serious crazies I had a homicidal suicidal woman who along with her daughter attacked me and ripped my shirt and severely scratched my face. She was escaping the unit and I tried to stop her. I let her go and the cops picked her up and took her to a locked unit at Denver General. Our facility was like a country club when compared to Denver General.
