I liked the program to hack using Russian methodology.
That's going to leave a mark.
To think BO hacked his own party is just too funny for the most transparent administration in history.

The CIA had created, in effect, its "own NSA" with even less accountability and without publicly answering the question as to whether such a massive budgetary spend on duplicating the capacities of a rival agency could be justified.

i would assume all countries do this though? I.e. try and pin the blame elsewhere

of course, but the CIA has perfected the art.
Much moreso then those infamous "Russian hackers"..it's entirely possible the CIA -or CIA malware hacked pretty much anything you can point to.
Recall the ONLY link to "Russian State Actors" is the type of malware code used -that justifies the entire
IC report that "Russia hacked the election"... & "Putin directed the hacking"

I think you can see where this goes...pretty much anywhere you want it to -just like the IC report blaming Russia..

it does say that just because a russian programs were used doesnt mean it was the russkies.
