Well? Did Bush, prepare to stop a N. Korea Launch of a Nuke toward Japan previous to 2009? Are you that stupid? It was in 2009 that N. Korea announced they would no longer take part in the 6 nation talks concerning nuclear weapons nor would it be bound by any such agreement between the 6. April 14th. Any.....abilities to launch a nuclear weapon of any length came during the Obama Administration. N. Korea had 8 years to prepare....as appeasement never stopped anyone.

They can't use that in NK. It's far too big, which is why it is pushed out of the back of a C-130, and a slow moving cargo plane would be spotted and shot down in minutes.
