US Senate moves to punish Saudi primitives.

Muslims and the Arab Liberation Army started killing Jews when the UN, in '47, began to vote on a partition plan to create a Jewish State.

The day after the Jewish State was declared official, in '48, ... five Muslim nations, including Transjordan, ... immediately invaded.

No they didn't .. The Zionist firebombed the refinery in Haifa in Dec 1947 and there had been NO unrest there.. By 1948 the Zionists had killed 500 British Peacekeepers.. and then they murdered Bernadotte who had saved 40,000 Jews from the Holocaust.

The Jewish terror gangs, Irgun, Hagganah etc. had begun killing ANYBODY opposed to the Zionist invasion prior to the partition Resolution , 181.- including killing the British. They murdered many in the King David Hotel bombing- the first bombing of civilians in the Palestinian conflict.

Izrael's declaration of ' independence ' was UNILATERAL- not official- and FOLLOWED the implementation of its ethnic cleansing program.
By the time the Arab armies attempted to intervene the European Jewish invaders had razed hundreds of indigenous Palestinian villages , murdering or driving out their occupants.
Deir Yassin is a classic example.

I don't blame you for being misinformed. The newspaper media were always the propaganda outlets for the Zionist ' cause '- prior to the Internet. Now the truth is out of control and running rampant.

It was the UN vote that triggered the Intercommunal War.

I don't think you will find many people who are unaware of the King David Hotel bombing, in '46, and killing of the British. But killing Brits was not what you and I were discussing.

Res 181 made the State of Israel official.

That was shortly after the U.N. vote on 29 November 1947.

And violence in Haifa DID precede that incident.

"The first casualties after the adoption of Resolution 181(II) by the General Assembly were passengers on a Jewish bus driving on the Coastal Plain near Kfar Sirkin on 30 November. An eight-man gang from Jaffa ambushed the bus killing five and wounding others. Half an hour later they ambushed a second bus, southbound from Hadera, killing two more. Arab snipers attacked Jewish buses in Jerusalem and Haifa."

There had been no violence in Haifa.. The refinery received oil from Iraq in the Kirkuk area.

Relations between Jews and Arabs at the refinery were known to be good until the Irgun threw a bomb at a funeral and killed a bunch of Arabs.

The Jewish Agency condemned the Irgun for the "act of madness" that preceded the killing of Jewish workers at the Haifa oil refinery, but at the same time authorized retaliation.

The Haganah mounted a retaliatory raid which became known as the Balad al-Shaykh massacre on the villages of Balad al-Shaykh and Hawsha, where some of the Arab refinery workers lived. They fired into and blew up houses.

Res 181 made the State of Israel official.

I ain't got time to be no Internet history instructor - but 181 was a General Assembly agreement of a proposal. It had nothing to do with any ' official ' recognition of an Israeli state AND everything that it agreed to applied equally to the Arab population of Palestine.
True- there is a very powerful case for accepting the borders it agreed as binding- but you wouldn't want to go accepting 181 as binding, would you. Haw, haw........haw. Only if you can cherry-pick its conclusions, right ? Haw, haw.......haw.

The vote on Res 181 was the trigger for the Intercommunal War.

If I get to cherry pick, ... let's return to Israel's '67 borders ... Haw Haw

You're wrong again. The Arab states simply voted against 181- and lost. That didn't trigger war. It was the Zionist's ethnic cleansing program culminating in the Zionist's UNILATERAL declaration of statehood OVER 181-ascribed PALESTINIAN TERRITORY which brought the Arab armies into Palestine.

No- you don't get to cherry-pick. The 67 borders - as now recognized by most UN member states- will do for now. But even you know that 181 must eventually be respected.

None of this relates directly to the the topic, however. The Sauds- under bin Salman, have been siding with neoZionism to cover their own ethnic-cleansing asses. That's why supporters of international law want to bring their House down.

That's not the reason at all. NOTHING has improved or forwarded the cause of a just peace in the past 20 years. The Israelis rejected the Saudi Peace Initiative and the Palestinians are still dying or in limbo.

The past has been a failure. Iran has NOT helped with HAMAS or Hezbollah.. Lebanon still has conflict.. Syria is a disaster.

You may feel real righteous in continuing to raise hell about the Israelis, but they are doing just fine.. while the Palestinians are still suffering.

The back and forth threats and name calling between Israel and Iran have accomplished NOTHING.. nor has that strategy moved the needle one iota in the past 40 years..

I can't believe you still of yourself as a tough guy, you drivelling prosemitic dolt.

sailor;

Are you having a mini stroke or something Moon? That makes no sense at all. Either that or get the cock out of your mouth when you try and type.

Whenever there's a thread with a rich vein of ignorance- the ol' bath-tub sailor comes a-trolling.

You're a predictable JPP clown act.

The only one predictable here is you. It is the Jews fault, the UK sucks, everything is everyone elses fault, yada, yada, yada.....YAWN.
