My reading comprehension is just fine. Luft was released on bail in Cyrpus and then jumped bail. Bail means the courts in Cyprus didn't see the arrest as kidnapping. Who should I believe? The courts in Cyprus or some idiot on the internet that can't tell the difference between Cyprus and Israel?

Let me ask you again. What evidence do you have that Luft is in Israel? What evidence do you have that the US requested that Israel extradite Luft? What evidence do you have that Israel is refusing to comply with a request to extradite Luft to the US?
