“The Ministry of Defence has arranged for countering possible provocations of Ukraine: the means and forces are alerted to operate amid radioactive contamination,” according to the message.

The problem as I see it is that with the war crimes, total destruction of Mariupol, destruction of infrastructure, disregard of civilian life and the brutality of a losing army , it’d be difficult to give anything to Putin now.
