As far as I can remember, Clinton and Obama ordered weeks of aerial operations over Kosovo and Libya without losing a single aircraft.

There were losses over Kosovo. One of the most stunning at the time was the shoot down of an F-117 Stealth Fighter. Thought impossible at the time.

Libya had no operative air force or air defense system, so what else would you expect?
