US Court: Wearing Unearned Military Medals Is Free Speech???

Most of the experience I have with this behavior is that it is carried out by emotionally disturbed individuals lacking in self esteem. I think we have to tread carefully in the way that we deal with them. They probably don't know free speech from a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. I hear that some of these people are dealt with quite harshly in the court of street justice. What grinds my gears is the guys that do it with the intent to make money or gain some other advantage. And the problem I have with the 9th circus is that they treat both circumstances the same. Yes, it is packed with liberals and it is the most overturned circuit court in the country(last time I checked, and no desh, I am not going to "back up my claim with FACTS", do it yourself). I also believe that for the purposes of political contributions, corporations are people and money is speech. You got to take the bad with the good. If you want to see how truly pitiful this is, search "stolen valor" on youtube, seems like most of these guys are just dirt bags.
 
If corporations contributing millions to political campaigns can be deemed free speech, I guess pinning a cheap piece of crap trinket on your costume can be as well. Who cares anyway?

I have no problem with people wearing medals they didn't earn. But i do object when the courts say doing so is a constitutional right.!!! Courts have no authority to say what the constitution means. The constitution gives that power to the states.
