US Court: Wearing Unearned Military Medals Is Free Speech???

9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that the First Amendment allows people to wear unearned military honors.

Why am I not shocked, packed full of liberal asswipes.
 
Another case of unelected judges rewriting the constitution even though the constitution says only the states can do that. Speech means SPEECH, that is words. Actions are not speech.

there is a law against making money from it.


there should be no law against pinning an unearned medal you bought at a second hand store to your clothes.

All Expressive Conduct is speech in the sense of the Constitution. Using your logic, muskets are the only weapon protected by the Second. fool.
 
If america wants the phrase "free speech" to cover actions along with words, then then we need to go thru the amending process. Letting judges rewrite the constitution is unconstitutional
 
Bullshit liberal court ruling. They hate the military and think its Okay for people to mock our vets. The courts are full of black robed morons. Have we not learned this after 3 Obamacare rulings?

HAHAHA. What an ignorant thing to say. The constitution as written by the founders does not give courts authority to rewrite the constitution. In fact they wrote that only the states can rewrite the constitution. THINK
