Update on the Rittenhouse trial

No I'm not nuts, and that does not happen here. If it did the judge would quickly lose his job.

don't deny that lawyers lose their jobs before judges do.......you try to pretend that lawyers control the courtroom.......only a fool would believe that.......

I watched that on tv today, the judge is not a happy man with the prosecution , who seem like they are either stupid or have never done a case before its like the skipper and Gilligan are handling the case for the state.

Hey now, the Skipper and Gilligan are cool

is a prosecutors disrespect for the law and court rules grounds for removal from the BAR???

More than what this Prosecutor is doing would be required, I think the judge yelled because he was embarrassed that he knows his prior rulings were unclear and gave the prosecutor a door to run right through, a judge needs to be clear with his words and rulings.

Lawyers have a part they control and Judges have a part they control, its checks and balances, Judges are not kings.

Its a shitty lawyer who lets the judge take over his province, common mistake of the lawyer. A good lawyer takes his place in the courtroom and protects it from the opposing counsel and from an overreaching judge.

I suspect you have not done many jury trials.

I suspect you have not done many jury trials.

true.....about a dozen in 42 years.....most of them demanded by tenants who tried to represent themselves in pro per.......like the tenant who demanded a jury trial and then said the landlord was discriminating against him just because he complained the landlord had rented the apartment next door to niggers.....
