CLAY: Yesterday, we talked about the viral story surrounding a 10-year-old girl who had reportedly traveled to Indiana to have an abortion. News just came down and we said yesterday on the show, “Hey, if more evidence or news comes out about this story, we will update you.” They have arrested a 27-year-old ***illegal immigran*** — Gershon Fuentes is his name — according to the Columbus Dispatch, for raping a 10-year-old girl and impregnating her.

This is going to be quite the story as the details unfold...There's all kinds of twist and turns... This morning there was a reference to a female with the same last name as being the "victim"...I'm waiting for confirmation of that...They're testing the remains and comparing with the DNA of the arrested and of all the siblings, as well....
This supposedly was reported on the 22nd of June by the mother to FCCS... meaning there should have been no need to travel to Indiana for the procedure...
That Indiana doctor opened up a can of worms when she spoke out about performing the abortion, and of course, the liberals ran with it... I imagine it will take some time to get the real details....

And Ohio’s heartbeat law has a stipulation that allows doctors to perform an abortion if he or she deems it a “medical emergency.” No court appearance is required, and no judge must be consulted—the doctor has the authority to make that call on his own.
