Wow, that is bad when a parent kicks you out.

I might be wrong about this, but to me this suggests her sorority sisters were aware she was a vile racist, but only felt compelled to kick her out when there was a risk of a public relations black-eye to the sorority.

It seems a friend warned her not to post it, she admits she was stupid and posted it. The sorority is large, there are black members, so not sure if her friends were aware, the ones in the video with her obviously were.

She's a Jersey girl who went to school in Alabama. Who knows what she told the girls in the sorority. She may have been honest about her past or maybe not. We don't know
 
Was her language worse than the racial slurs and vulgarities often tossed around here? Just curious if it's acceptable here, but not acceptable for the girl to have used in her video?
What about his video? The topic of one of the workshops at the fake MLK Jr. Day activities that I attended...
It was nice to see people mature enough to be able to actually discuss racism...
 
I watched the video and she didn't even come close to the racial slurs I have seen in this forum. But that said the school was right to kick her out. The telling thing is she bragged to be from NJ and showed that Yankees are as bad as southerners or worse when it comes to racism. Sorry BAC wrong again!

This is an anonymous message board, not a public University. In theory the mods here could kick people off the board for their language but they have a very libertarian approach and let most things go for better or worse.

I've lived in the NE as well as the South, and New Englanders are far, far more racist.

I will give you credit for being smarter than this Alabama girl.
At least you know you are required to cower behind the anonymity of a keyboard to show your inner vile racist.

I am pretty sure you, unlike her, are wise enough to realize if you acted in public the way you do when you cower behind a keyboard, you would get fired, mocked, humiliated....possibly even get your ass kicked.
